Marriage
Jean Joli married Marguerite Amiot, daughter of Mathieu Amiot de Villeneufve and Marie Miville, on 19 Jun 1670 in Notre-Dame de Québec. In the presence of known witnesses Charles Aubert de la Chesnays, Jean Maheu, Étienne Blanchart de la Rose, and François Miville. The celebrant priest was Henri de Bernières.[1]
