Anna (Jereczek) Prochowitz was born on 27 Jul 1874 in Pine Creek, Trempealeau, Wisconsin, United States, daughter of Jacob Jereczek (1829 - 1904) and Marianna (Rekowski) Jereczek (1831 - 1907).
