Biography

Chloe was born in 1833.^[1] She was the daughter of Joseph Jennison and Hannah Twiss.
Chloe and James Ackley were married in 1850.^[2]
She passed away in 1911.^[3]
After her husband James' Ackley-1615 death in 1889, their son George E. Ackley was appointed guardian, until he was discharged on 29 May 1907, the pensioner having been adjudged competent to manage her own affairs.
