Karen James is a part of US Black heritage.
Karen Faye James was born on April 19, 1960 in San Francisco, San Francisco, California, United States. Her parents were Albert James (1932 - 1989) and Barbara Jean (Moore) James (1935 - 1996).
Karen died on February 15, 2009 in Tacoma, Pierce, Washington aged 48. She is buried in Fir Lane Memorial Park, Spanaway, Washington. [1]
Obituary
Karen was born April 19, 1960 in San Francisco, CA, to Albert and Barbara James. She entered her new journey on February 15, 2009. Karen participated in many organizations, including Harmony Hills, Team Survivor, and Sisters of Hope. Karen regularly participated in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. Karen graduated from Washington High School in 1978. After that, she attended Pierce College. Karen was the devoted mother of Alyssia A. James, and proud "Nana" of Brayden Blanchard; she also leaves to mourn her sister Janet K. James (Darwin), brother Allen D. James (Laverne), and a host of other family and friends. Karen was preceded in death by her parents Albert James and Barbara James. Viewing Tues., Feb. 24 from 2-7pm. Service Wed., Feb. 25, 2009 at 11am. Celebration of Life to follow at Sprinker Recreation Center. Pub Date: 2/21/2009
