OBIT Asheville - Malcolm W. Ingle, 72, of 75 Haywood St., Asheville, passed away suddenly on Thursday, June 17, 1999, at a local hospital. He was a native of Buncombe County and the sone of the late Dock Owen Sr. and Rachel Smith Ingle. Mr. Ingle was a retired Army veteran of World War II and a former member of the Brownwood Chapel, Asheville. Mr. Ingle is survived by a niece and her husband Peggy Ingle and Bobby Chastain of Arden. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Disable Senior Citizens of Vanderbilt Apartments, c/o Jenny Womac, Vanderbilt Apartments, 75 Haywood St., Asheville, NC, 28801. Asheville Mortuary Services is in charge of arrangements.
