Biography
Helen was born on the 8th March 1887 based on the 1939 National Register, and her birth was registered in the Apr-May-Jun quarter of 1887 in the Eastbourne district, Sussex. Her mother's maiden name was Selby.[1]
She was baptised at Wilmington, Sussex on 29 May 1887. She was the daughter of Edward Edman Hurst & Sarah Jane Selby.[2]
In the 1911 census Helen (age 24) was the single daughter of Edward Edman Hurst in Ocklyngh, Little Common, Bexhill, Sussex, England.[4]
