Ralph Francis Howard was born on 24 December 1877 in Hampshire, England, United Kingdom, the son of Cecil Ralph Howard and Francesca Maria (Chamberlayne) Howard. [1]
He was sometimes called "Ralph Francis Forward-Howard".
He succeeded as Earl of Wicklow on the death of his father in 1891.
He married Lady Gladys Mary Hamilton in 1902 at St Mark's Church, North Audley Street, Mayfair, London, England. [2] St Mark's is a Grade I listed building in the National Heritage List for England. [3]
Gladys (Hamilton), Countess of Wicklow, passed away in 1917.
Ralph Howard, Earl of Wicklow, married Beatrix (Herbert) Wilkinson in 1942.
He passed away in 1946.
