Philip Howard MP is Notable.

Baptised on the 5th of March 1629, Philip Howard was the seventh son of Thomas Howard, Earl of Berkshire, and his Countess, Elizabeth Cecil. [1]

At sometime before 1679 he married Mary Jennings. [1] They were parents of two sons and two daughters. [1]

Mary died in 1698. [1]

He died in September 1718 aged 88. [1]
