John Hoskins was born about 1787 to unknown parents, possibly in Somerset, England.
John Hoskins and Susannah Tucker were married by banns at Holy Trinity church in High Littleton, Somerset on June 8, 1807.
John and Susannah had a daughter, Elizabeth, who was baptised in High Littleton on May 13, 1810. Elizabeth possibly died in June of the same year.
