WILLIAM HORN, b. Mar. 1, 1789; d. in 1863; both bur. in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Newark, O. Mrs Horn was a sweet, good natured and very religious woman (German Lutheran) loved by all who knew her. Mr. Horn owned a grist mill, saw mill, and woolen factory. They lived two miles north of Newark. Mrs Wm. C. Barnet has oil paintings of Mr. and Mrs. Horn, made by a German artist, alone in America, whom Mr. Horn befriended.
William Horn was the son of Michael Horn, who was born in Germany. Michael's children: Christopher, Benjamin had a son Perry of 27 N. Moore St., N.Y.; Joseph lived in Green Briar Co., Va., 1869, Joseph's P.O. Frankfort, W. Va.; Solomon lived in Winchester, Va.; Jonathan lived in Augusta, Va., P.O. Parnassus, Va.; John lived in a Western state; Polly m. ____ Moyers, lived in Ohio.

There are 2 FindAGrave records for George Myers and Mary Polly Horn in Licking Co., Ohio.
There are pictures of gravestones in Patterson Cemetery in Johnstown for George Moyers and Mary Myers and there is are records without pictures of George Meyers and Mary Horn Meyers in Evans Cemetery in St Louisville. The records in both cemeteries appear to be the same individuals as the birth, death, and marriage dates entered are the same. Spelling of Myers/Moyers/Meyers is different. As there are no gravestone pictures of the graves in Evans Cemetery but there are additional Myers graves with pictures of two of George and Mary's children, there is more support for the Patterson graves being the accurate ones. In addition, Patterson Cemetery is closer to Burlington Twnp. where they lived.

Horn-2713 and Horn-717 do not represent the same person because: George and Polly Horn Myers were in Virginia and Ohio -- they were not in Mississippi. That appears to be a different couple= someone has unfortunately associated a marriage date with the wrong couple.
