  • First-hand information. Entered by John Hopkins at registration.

My grand parents( last names Hopkins and Beabout ) farmed in Greene county, Penna in the early 1900s.At least 2 generations came before them settling in Western Penna. The Hopkins trances begin in Mass.in 1632 , as John Hopkins/Jane Strong. The Beabout linage goes back to 1690 , a Jan Pietesz Bibaut/ MetjeBeekman in the New York ares. Have not been able to document their arrival , date . etc. Have completed some dna tests but looking for others with same hopefully in this country and England/ Belgium etc .

Hopkins-4529 and Hopkins-2164 appear to represent the same person because: same parents, same name, same birth year, same death year.
