Charlotte was born Jan 20, 1854 in Concord Wisconsin to Frederic Holbrook and Charlotte Tucker.

Charlotte married Henry Moore in 1874 or 1875 in Wisconsin.

She died on February 15, 1939 at the age of 85 in Waukegan, Illinois and was buried in the Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin.

Charlotte was the half sister to Caroline Quiner Ingalls, and aunt to Laura Ingalls Wilder the famous author of the Little House on the Prairie books.
