Biography

Harriet "Hattie" Sophia Hill was born on 9 March 1847 in Codyville, Washington, Maine.^[1] She was the daughter of William Hill and Abigail (Burgess) Hill.^[2][3] At age 3, she was in her parent's home i Washington, Lincoln, Maine.^[4]

She married Thomas William Butler (1842-1920) ca October 14, 1866 in Codyville, Maine. They had at least 8 children.
