Biography
William was born in Beeley, Derbyshire before 16 December 1753 which was the date of his christening. His parents were William Higgs Snr. and Mary. In 1802 he married widow Grace (Else) Bond in Beeley. They had at least two children: James 1803 and Ann 1806. William passed away in Beeley in 1823
