Biography

William was born in 1834. His parents were Joseph and Elizabeth Higgs (b 1810 in Shoreditch and 1812 in Bethnal green respectively). He married Anne Bone in 1861. She died in 1873. He married Elizabeth Ann Sellers in 1876. He passed away in 1898.
