Lorella Sheesley, Hillsdale, passed away at her late home at 4 a.m., May 30. She was born January 12, 1885, a daughter of S. E. and Laura (Gaston) Henry, at Grant Township. She is survived by her husband, John E. Sheesley; five daughters; Mrs. James (Mildred) Getty, Oberline, Ohio; Mrs. George (Laura Belle) Fleming, Cherry Tree; Mrs. Pauline Getty, McKeesport; Mrs. Mervin (Vivian) Small, Waterford; Mrs. Maxwell (Lucille) Fuller, Cherry Tree; five brothers, Ernest Henry, Lon and Merle, all of Indiana; Jay, Gastown; Howard, Indiana RD; one sister, Mrs. Hulda Kline, Lucerne. Friends will be received at the Rairigh Funeral Home until 11 a.m. Sunday when the body will be moved to the Hillsdale Methodist Church, where friends may pay their respect from 1 till 2. Services will be conducted by the Rev. Thomas Lynn at 2 o'clock. Interment will be made in the Rowley Cemetery, at Hillsdale. [Indiana Evening Gazette, Friday May 31, 1957]
