Biography
Andrew Lee Helmly was born on March 15, 1926 in Effingham County, Georgia.[1] He was the son of Zannie Helmly and Eunice Seckinger.[2][3] Andrew died on December 19, 2020 in Garden City and is buried in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Savannah.[1]
