Biography
Gustav Friedrich was born in 1804. He was the son of Johann Christian Friedrich Held and Ernestine Friederike Auguste Streit.[1] He married Caroline Wilhelmine Opitz, 8 Jun 1829. He studied law in Leipzig. In 1849 he briefly lead the government of the Königreich Sachsen in the aftermath of the March Revolution of 1848. He died in 1857 in Dresden.[2]
