John Leslie Harvey was born on 3rd April 1913 at St George Hanover Square, London, England. He was the son of John Harvey and Patience Leslie.[1]
He married Anne Wigram, daughter of Clive Wigram, 1st Baron Wigram and Nora Mary Chamberlain, on 25th January 1939. They had three children:
He became a Lieutenant Colonel in the British Army. He was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) and appointed Companion of the Distinguished Service Order (DSO). He was Scots Guards (Res Offrs).
He passed away during 1985 [2]
