Biography

Ann Elizabeth 'Annie Hart was born before 1890. She was the daughter of Robert Hart and Jessie Wilson.

Annie married Augustus Sapsford, a dentist, before 1910.

Annie passed away on 3rd January 1931 at Brisbane. ^[1] She was survived by her husband.

The following notice was published in the Brisbane Courier on 17th January that year: "STATUTORY NOTICE TO CREDITORS Re ANN ELIZABETH SAPSFORD, Deceased. Pursuant to the provisions of "The Trustees and Executors Acts, 1897 to 1915." notice is hereby given that Creditors and other Persons, having any Claims or Demands upon or against the Estate of Ann Elizabeth Sapsford, late of Brisbane, In the State of Queensland (Wife of Augustus Frederick George Sapsford, of the same place; Dentist), deceased, who died on or about the Third day of January instant, are hereby required to send in. in writing, particulars of such Debts or Claims to QUEENSLAND TRUSTEES LIMITED, the Executor of the Will of the said Deceased, at its office, 395 Queen street, Brisbane, on or before MONDAY, the Sixteenth day of February, 1931. And that, after the expiration of the last mentioned day the said Queensland Trustees, Limited, will proceed to distribute the Assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the Debts or Claims of which it shall then have had notice.
