Hi, I am Tina, my Last name on my birth certificate is Harris, however, my Bio Dad is Robert G Lang. I have become the family genealogist for my maternal side of the family and have taken on the duty of my husband's side as well. I am tracing my Maternal Grandparents Mixon/Stephens and my Paternal Grandparents Lang/Engen.
On my husband's side, we are working on Richter/Schuchart His Paternal grandparents, and Vance/Steiner his Maternal Great Grandparents. We have hit a wall on his Maternal Grandfather as we do not know who he is and have zero to go by. We have done his DNA and have found 1st cousins that are on the Maternal side with no connecting Ancestors. I haven't reached out to any yet as I am really not sure what to say.
Looking forward to meeting all my new family.
