Biography

Pvt Charles Harrigan served in the United States Civil War.
Enlisted: 14 Aug 1862

Charles was born in 1818. His parents were both born in Ireland. In 1860 he was living in Cleveland, OH with an occupation of Tinsmith. Charles enlisted in Company A of the 103rd OVI on 14 Aug 1862. He was transferred to Company K, 12th Regiment, Veteran Reserve Corps on 30 Apr 1864. He passed away in 1904.
