Chloe Letitia Harmon was born on March 8, 1842, in Seneca, Ohio, United States, daughter of George Henry Harman (1807–1887) and Elizabeth Cowdrey (1812–1875).^[1]

Chloe (23) married George Valentine Kime (30) (born on December 28, 1834 in Hopewell Township, Seneca; son of Isaac Kime and Elizabeth Hayes) on October 1, 1865, in Seneca.^[2]
