Robert Haning was born around 1856, the son of Agnes (Martin) Haning and Thomas Haning.
He married Mary Ann Gardner in 1879 in Victoria, Australia.[1] Their son was:
- Robert Thomas Austen Hanning (1890–)[2]
Robert died in 1931 in Alexandra, Victoria, aged 75 years.[3]
