Biography
Marie Therese Han Chausse Jahan was born and baptized Marie Therese Chausse on June 8, 1726 at Saint-Sulpice, Canada, Nouvelle-France.[1]
She was the daughter of Nicolas Chaussé and Marie-Louise Laporte.
She married Antoine Collin, son of Pierre Collin and Marie Marthe Bouteiller, on October 26, 1744 at Saint-Sulpice, Canada, Nouvelle-France. [2]
Together Antoine and Therese had the following known children:
- Marie Antoinette married Francois Laforge-Laporte
- Marie Anne married Joseph Dalpeck-Belaire
She died at the age of 26 years, and was buried on September 9, 1751 at Saint-Sulpice, Canada, Nouvelle-France.[3]
