Nazareth was born in 1897. He was the son of Dock Hamilton and Mary Edmonds.

In the 1910 census Nazareth (age 13) was the son of G T Hamilton in Justice Precinct 3, Kerr, Texas, United States.^[1]

Nazareth served in the US Army during World War I from 1918 to 1919.^[2]

Nazareth married Joseph German on 28 May 1932 in Anderson, Texas, United States.^[3]

In the 1950 census Nazareth (age 52), Caboose Supply Man, was a divorced lodger in Palestine, Anderson, Texas, United States.^[4]

Nazareth died on 24 September 1979 and was buried in Palestine Black Cemetery, Palestine, Anderson County, Texas, United States.^[5]
