Biography
Edith Hambrick was born in 1806 in Georgia, United States, daughter of James Hambrick (~1782–1838) and Mary Bankston (1790–1882).
Edith (28) married Joel Thomas Easterling (20) (born in 1814 in Marlboro, South Carolina, United States; son of Shadrach Henry Easterling and Nancy (Bennett) Easterling) about 1835 in Rankin, Mississippi. Their children were:
- Martha Jane Easterling (1835–1922)
- William Bennett Easterling (1840–1926)
- Rachael Easterling (1841–1922)
- Lucinda Easterling (~1846–1916)
Edith died before 1850 in Rankin, Mississippi, United States, aged 43.[1] There is no record of her in the 1850 or later census. In 1860, 17 year old Lucinda was living with her Uncle William Easterling, Joel's brother.
