Only child of Charles Elliott Hall and Mary E. Musgrave.
Married Francie "Frankie" Bird Nutter, 1876-1958. Married 1893 in Ritchie County, West Virginia.[1] Children: Eva Floy Hall Brown, Gladys Pearl Hall Townsend, Edith Elston Hall Rost.
Married Cora Belle Matheny 1879-1959. Married 7 Nov 1903 in Washington County, Ohio. She was daughter of Con Matheny and Ellen Parker.[2]
