Biography

Eleanor Hagerman married John B Roley before 1794 and they had twelve known children, the youngest ten were born in Armstrong Co., Pennsylvania:

  7. Jane (or June or Jennie) b. 5 Jan 1806
  8. Hannah b. 8 Mar 1808
  9. Agnes b. 1 Mar 1810
  10. Martha Jane b. 15 Apr 1812
  11. Isabel b. 23 Jun 1814
  12. Nancy b. 1815

She appeared on 1820[1] and 1830[2] U.S. Federal Population censuses in Plum Creek, Armstrong, Pennsylvania after the death of her husband in 1815.

Her will was dated 1 Jan 1853 Plum Creek, Armstrong, Pennsylvania and probated 14 Sep 1857 Kittanning, Armstrong, Pennsylvania

She died 15 Apr 1857 and was buried at Rupert Cemetery, Girty, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania.[3]
