Celia Guion is a part of US Black heritage.
Celia was born about 1867 in North Carolina. She is the daughter of David Guion and Matilda Unknown. In the 1880 Census she was living in Bethel Township, Bladen County, North Carolina and was listed as a single black female, age 13. She could not read or write. Her parents were born in North Carolina .
