CENSUS NOTE: This family occupies the part of the house that was occupied by family 15 (William Arnold) did when I first visited it.

In July 1914, Devo was sentenced to the workhouse and Lizzie was sentenced to 83 days to the county jail for failure to provide. Her children (Raymond, George, Roy, Winona and Daniel) were also sent to the jail as juveniles. Daniel remained with her in the jail. The older children were sent to the Miami County Childrens Home after 3 days.^[6]
