Biography

Elizabeth was born in 1907. She was the daughter of Isador Grimmer. ^[1]'

In 1910, age 3, she was living in Buffalo with her parents and 5 siblings. ^[2]

In 1920, age 13, she was living with her parents, ages 45 and 44, and 3 brothers in Buffalo. ^[3]

In 1930, age 23, she was living with her parents in Buffalo. ^[4]

In 1950, age 43, she was living in Cheektowaga, Erie, New York, with husband Edward Callahan, 45, 2 sons and a daughter. Based on the age of her eldest, Elizabeth, she probably married Edward between 1930 and 1932. ^[5]

An Elizabeth Eberle is named on a 1992 census record in Buffalo, but there is no other information on the record. ^[6] The Social Security document cited above indicates an alias of Elizabeth Eberle, a claim filed in that name in 1968, which is inexplicable as she was married and raising a family with Edward Callahan at that time.

She passed away in 1992.

She is named on death notice of her son, Edward J. Callahan, who died age 67 in Ocala, Florida. ^[7]
