I haven't heard back from you to say whether you'd like to remain in the [Wales Project and which team(s) you would like to be on. I hope you are ok. I am going to go ahead and remove you from the project right now but if you'd like to rejoin in the future you would be most welcome to do so via the G2G sign up post. Please see our project page for membership requirements.
I left a message on your profile a week ago, checking in with you and seeing whether or not you’d like to continue in the Wales Project, and in your current team(s). I’ve not yet heard back from you, and I hope you are ok. If I don’t hear from you by this time next week, I’ll assume you’ve moved on to other things and will go ahead and remove you from the project for now but you would be most welcome to rejoin at any time.
Thank you so much for all your contributions to WikiTree in the last six months, and especially to the Wales Project. It’s been wonderful to have you as part of the team as we work together to increase the quality and quantity of Welsh Profiles.
I have you down as being on the Sourcerers Team. Is this right? How are things going? Do you have any questions? What can we do to support you? Would you like to change any of your teams? Do you want to continue in the Wales Project moving forwards?
I look forward to hearing back from you with all the above and hope to see you on Discord soon. Thanks once again, Olivia, Project Coordinator for Wales :-)
I sent you a private message a week ago regarding your interest in the Wales Project and have not yet heard back from you. Did you receive it? Please can you PM / e-mail me your e-mail address and team(s) selection so I can get you into the project? If I don’t hear from you by this time next week I’ll assume you no longer wish to join the project right now but you would, of course, be welcome to join at a later date.
I do want to join the Wales project, I’ve been making face masks and haven’t done much genealogy In the past few months. My Griffin line is supposed to be from Wales and I would like to verify that. Thank you for allowing me to join.
Thank you for self-certifying for the Pre-1700 badge! Participation in a Pre-1700 Project is strongly encouraged for those wishing to edit Pre-1700 profiles. Collaboration is essential because pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants.
It looks like US History Project would be a good fit with the tag you entered. Adding the tag United_States_History will help you get updates about activity for that project.
Do you have any questions? Let me know. I'm happy to help! :-)
Hi Lin, Thank you for volunteering to help grow our World Wide Family Tree.
You are now a member of the WikiTree Community. Please note we are trying to build one Collaborative Tree which means one profile per person. It is important to ensure no duplicates are entered as you add any Profiles to WikiTree.
Everything on WikiTree is a collaborative work in progress so dont forget to read and sign our Honor Code. This is what keeps WikiTree a friendly and helpful community. We have many friendly members, feel free to ask if you have any questions.
Hi Lin If you just want to find out more about your family tree, you dont need to Volunteer. You can click on People Search under Find (upper right hand menus) and see if any of your family is already part of our tree. You can also ask questions in the G2G Forum, under Help.
However, if you are looking forward to adding your own research and contributing to our collaborative worldwide family tree, please leave us another message to that effect and we will be happy to make you a full member.
3. Our help pages, top right, have all sorts of useful information.
If you would like to contribute by adding information, click the volunteer button and leave a comment here on your profile to let our greeters know. You should include a little bit about how you plan to contribute to the tree.
