Biography

Benjamin Levi Grenier was born on 18 Nov 1888 in Lyon, Burt, Nebraska. He was the son of Sylvester Grenier and his wife Sophia St-Pierre.

Benjamin married Julia Smith on 20 Jul 1909 in Charles Mix, South Dakota.^[1]

Benjamin's World War I draft registration shows he is married with 3 children in 1917 and living in Crookston, Nebraska. Ben's World War II draft registration gives his name as Levi Benjamin Grenier and his wife's name as Julia; they are living in Portland, Oregon in 1942. Benjamin died on 17 Jan 1953 in Vancouver, Clark Co, Washington;^[2] he was buried in Mother Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Vancouver, Washington.
