Burial for a Eunice Greenman who was born about 1698 was transcribed by the Rhode Island Historical Cemetery Commission.^[1]

Note: Rhode Island Colonial Records, Vol IV, pg 313:

"A Eunice Greenman, of Newport, spinster, obtained a judgement againest Christopher Almy, Jr., of Newport, in March 1722, for 92 pounds. He appealed this verdict, which was confirmed, and she was allowed additional costs of 2/02/06 pounds by the assembly June 1722."^[2]

Additional Notes

These appear to relate to a later Eunice Greenman.

A Eunice Greenman was born 5 October 1822 in Stonington, Connecticut.^[3]

A Eunice Greenman married an Andrew Champlain on 15 January 1745; married by William Hern.^[4]

Marriage place is also given as Westerly, Rhode Island in another entry.^[5]
