Biography
Marie Eléonore Goudreau was born and baptized on 3 Jan 1819 in Saint-Antoine-de-Padoue parish in Baie-du-Febvre. She was the daughter of Louis Goudreau and his wife Marguerite Robitaille. Godparents at Eléonore's baptism were Jean Baptiste Vincent and her aunt Magdaleine Robitaille. At age 21 Eléonore married Louis on 19 Oct 1841 in Saint-Antoine-de-Padoue parish. There were 10 known children born into this marriage. Eléonore died at age 78 on 30 Oct 1897; she was buried in Saint-Antoine-de-Padoue parish cemetery on 2 Nov.
