William Frazier Goings is a part of US Black heritage.

William was born in 1947. He was the son of Milton Going and Anna Rose.

In the 1950 census William (age 3) was the nephew of Charles Gravatt in Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States.^[1]

William (age 21) married Mercedes V. Turner in about 1969.^[2]

William served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1967 to 1971, during the Viet Nam war.^[3]

He passed away in 1994.^[4]
