Biography
Johann Henrich Goeddeke was born and baptized on 26 Jun 1831 in Schale, Tecklenburg, Westfalen, Preußen, the son of Gerhard Goeddeke and Catharina Hagen. [1]
He married Anna Katharina Hagen on 28 December 1857 in DuPage County, Illinois. [2]
He died on 12 Oct 1915 and was buried at St Johannes Cemetery in Bensenville, DuPage, Illinois. His grave was relocated in the early 2010s, due to the expansion of O'Hare Airport, to Mount Emblem Cemetery in Elmhurst, DuPage, Illinois, USA. [3]
