All you need to do is to merge the two profiles for your mother. Actually, Kay Johnson noticed that you had two profiles for the same person and has proposed the merge. Because you are the profile manager of both profiles, you need to approve the merge. On one of the profiles for your mother, scroll to the bottom of the screen and you will see the proposed merge, click on merge. As part of the process you will be able to select which data fields to keep, this will help you bring it all together.
