Biography

Eadon was born in 1806. In 1846, he contested his father, Samuel's, will which left legacies, under trust, to a mulatto woman, Eliza, and her two children, Walter Henry and George Sylvester, the will was allowed to stand and entered into probate.[1] In 1850, the slave schedule shows him possessing a 7 year old slave.[2] During the Civil war, he was arrested for communicating with the rebels.[3]

3 Female Slaves in 1840, 1 aged 10-24, one aged 24-35, and one aged 36-55.[4] 1 Black Male age 7 in 1850[5]
