Biography

Eadon was born in 1806. In 1846, he contested his father, Samuel's, will which left legacies, under trust, to a mulatto woman, Eliza, and her two children, Walter Henry and George Sylvester, the will was allowed to stand and entered into probate.^[1] In 1850, the slave schedule shows him possessing a 7 year old slave.^[2] During the Civil war, he was arrested for communicating with the rebels.^[3]
