Biography

Grace Gillam daughter of Joseph Gillam and his wife, Mary Ann Davey, was baptised at Brighton in Sussex on 8 December 1850. ^[1] Her father was a carpenter and the family lived at Henry St in Brighton ^[2] but by 1861 they had moved to Plumstead in Kent. ^[3]

On 26 November 1876 at St Nicholas, Plumstead Grace married William Hotham. ^[4]
