Re: Charles Springer, please see my comments on New Sweden Project page. Let me know what you need by way of sources. If you have any questions about a profile, please ask in g2g and use the tag NEW_SWEDEN on the question. Thanks again.

Nancy,

RE: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Morton-3212

I fixed it. Not only did he NOT marry when he was 6, the children were born before he was.

I know well.

Thank you Nancy I read the death certificate and remembered As a kid I walked on the Adonijah ridge. This were Henry died and the certificate said place of death, donger. It took some searching to find the spelling.

Hi Nancy,

I see that you just did the Pre-1700 Self-Certification. That's great! Participation in a project is strongly encouraged for those wishing to edit Pre-1700 profiles. Is there a particular time period, location, or topic you're interested in? Maybe you have some historically-significant ancestors? Also, feel free to check out our Volunteer Hub, which not only shows a list of projects seeking members, but has other helpful info as well.

Let me know, and I can help you figure out if there's a project that might interest you. Welcome aboard, we are glad to have you!

Hi!

Just checking in with a few quick tips:

Looking to make more connections or find more information about an ancestor but not sure how to do that? Try categorizing your profiles.

Not sure what to put into a biography? Here are some Bio Ideas. Also, make sure that the biographies match WikiTree’s Styles and Standards.

If you come across an unresponsive manager, we have a process for those unfortunate situations.

If you have any questions, please ask!!

Thanks for volunteering, Nancy! You are now a confirmed member of the WikiTree community.

As you add family profiles, you can use the green tabs near the top of each profile to find out what info will be visible to others - just toggle between private and public views.

If you need help, ask a question in our G2G forum: http://www.wikitree.com/g2g. Most WikiTree members are eager to offer guidance to a fellow genealogist. If you need additional help using WikiTree, our Mentors Project is a great group of volunteers who will be glad to assist you.

Check out our Question of the Week: “When did you realize the importance of sources in genealogy?” Stop by to join in the discussion.

Nancy, I was looking at your tag, and I'd like to suggest that you change it so that you have one tag for each surname and location. By doing that, you can then click on those tags, and you'll be taken to a page where you'll see other genealogists who are also following those surnames and locations.

I really encourage you to explore the connections it helps you make. :-)
