Gwendoline Fay Gilding was born at Balaklava, South Australia in 1932, daughter of Reverend Jasper Gilding and Kathleen Pengelley.
Partial Transcript Fay Gale was an academic leader in the fields of Australian cultural geography and Australian Indigenous Studies, who undertook pioneering work into the assimilation of Indigenous people of mixed racial heritage and the marginalisation of the Stolen Generation.[1][2]
Fay married Milton Ewart Gale and they had two children.
Fay Gale passed away at her home in Adelaide, South Australia in 2008.[3]
