Hello

My name is Amy and I’m a co-Leader of the Scotland Project. As you may have heard, we have merged the Scottish Clans project into the Scotland Project. I am contacting you today to find out if you are interested in continuing with us under this new format. If you would like to go forward on the Scottish Clans Team, please reply and let me know which clans you have been working on or would like to work on. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely, Amy Gilpin

Hi Sue,

Just a couple of reminders....Wikitree is different, we share our ancestors....I see numerous duplicates that you have created in the Webb and Boone families. Also, per your Pre-1700 certification, you agree that a user submitted tree, such as ancestry.com is NOT a sufficient source. Please make sure you are adding primary sources.

Hi, cousin Sue! You and are 9th cousins once removed, according to Relationship Finder.

I compared DNA at Gedmatch. Unsurprisingly (considering the relationship distance), I found no match.

Hello,

I noticed that you are working on profiles for Rollo and Ragnar. Do you have an interest in Royal Ancestors? They are probably already here on WikiTree! Both Ragnar and Rollo have existing profiles that have had a lot of work put into them. Have you contacted the EuroAristo Project to discuss connecting to the existing profiles? If not, I'd be happy to introduce you to the Project Leaders.

Hi Sue,

King John is in our direct line also. Heroes and villains and as you say, very interesting.

Please add your name and any special families you're are working on, to the project member list. Please also add magna_carta to the tags you are following on G2G, so you get notices of project discussions. If you have signed up with Google, we have a Google+ group here.

Our focus is to improve the profiles of Magna Carta Surety Baron descendants, down to those who immigrated to New England in the early Colonial times.

Next June is the 800th anniversary of Magna Carta, and we have a lot left to accomplish by then. Welcome aboard!

I don't know of any connection I have with them. I'll let you know if I do.

Sue,

So far, no one has supplied genealogical proof for the maiden name of the wife of Edward (on the Mayflower) Fuller. Hopkins is one of several possible names. Because of the doubt involved, the maiden name should be kept as unknown.
