Biography

William Fulk was the son of John Fulk and North Akins. His father was born in North Carolina; his mother in Kentucky.^[1]

He married Ruth Ellen Rader in Green County, Indiana. He worked as a laborer.^[2]

William Fulk died on 4 Aug 1919 at age 62 years, 9 months, and 17 days. He lived in Lyons, Indiana at the time of his death. His cause of death was "ascending paralysis" complicated by dysentery. The doctor of record was Dr. W.C. Butler of Lyons, Indiana, and the undertaker was Davidson & Son.^[2][1][3]
