Arba Wright Frost was born on March 7, 1871 in Ogle, Illinois, United States, son of John Wright Frost (1832–1898) and Susan Trayer (1834–1904).
Arba died on November 30, 1942 in Tulare, California, United States, aged 71. He was buried in Visalia Public Cemetery, Visalia, Tulare County, California.[1] [2]
