Biography
Birdine was born in 1903, as the daughter of Harry and Artie Eloise (Shisler) Froelich. Birdine and her sister Berdetta Froelich were fraternal twins. She married Homer Blyer in 1925 in Wheeling, West Virginia. They had three children: Richard, Robert, and Janice. She suffered with ill health in her later years and spend much of her time making family scrap books. Birdine passed away in 1978 an is buried in North Lawn Cemetery, next to Homer and their son Richard.
