Brian, I'd suggest changing your tag to only the surname with the full name in the comment. Then you'll be able to click on the tag to see a lot of information about the surname including all of the profiles with that name. With the full name combined, that won't be possible.

You'll also get notifications in your daily & weekly emails when there is activity relevant to your tag.
