Carrie Franks is a part of US Black heritage.
Carrie was born about Aug 1886 in Mississippi, United States of America. She was the daughter of Pet Franks and Dora Brewer. In 1900, the family was living in Ross Mill Precinct in Monroe County, Mississippi.[1]
Research Notes
It is possible that Carrie married Walter Washington on 8 Jan 1904 in Monroe County, Mississippi.[2] However, no further records have been found yet for the couple after their marriage to be able to confirm if it belongs to the same Carrie Franks.
