Victoria "Victory" Bell^[1] Franklin^[2] was born 02 Apr 1912^[3][4][2] in Arkansas^[5] to JW and Viola Franklin.^[6]

She married Harvey Thrasher^[5] on 17 Feb 1928 in Jackson County, Arkansas^[2][7] and the couple had the following known children:

1. Harvey Doyle Thrasher was born 30 Dec 1928 in Arkansas, died 11 May 2011 and is buried in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Morley, Scott County, Missouri.^[8][5]
2. Hershel Thrasher was born about 1933 in Arkansas.^[5]
3. Billy Gene Thrasher was born about 1934 in Arkansas.^[5]

   Victoria Bell Thrasher, age 91, of Granite City, died on Thursday, Dec. 25, 2003. Werner-Mick Funeral Home in Granite City is in charge of arrangements. Visitation and Funeral services will be at noon on Tuesday, Dec. 30, at Forest Hill Cemetery in Benton, Mo., with Larry Gibson officiating. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Benton, Mo.
